All Sales Final
Because Scribbler Scoop products are mystery selections, all sales are final except for the specific remedies in this policy and rights that cannot legally be waived. Dislike of a surprise item, brand, color, style, quantity, duplicate item, or preference outcome is not a return/refund reason.
Cancellations and Changes
Customers may request cancellation or a scoop-size change/upgrade before physical scooping begins. Once scooping begins, the order is final. Scribbler Scoop cancellations caused by inability to fulfill or an applicable pricing/inventory/product/promotion error will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when Scribbler Scoop cancels before shipment or law requires otherwise.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged, defective, opened, leaking, or broken/missing safety-seal items within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scribblerscoop.com with the order number, description, and photos when reasonably possible. Keep packaging until the claim is resolved. An approved claim may receive a replacement, comparable substitute, or store credit at our discretion; only the affected item is covered. Approved replacement shipping is paid by Scribbler Scoop. Customers may keep/dispose of approved damaged/defective items unless recall/law requires otherwise.
Cosmetics and Beauty Products
Cosmetics are new, unused, and sealed when applicable. Customers must review ingredients and warnings. A sealed, undamaged cosmetic remains final sale even if the customer dislikes the color, scent, brand, type, ingredients, or later discovers an allergy/sensitivity. A clearly expired cosmetic delivered to the customer may be reported within 48 hours. Cosmetics with printed expiration dates will not knowingly be shipped with fewer than three months remaining. A product with no clear printed expiration date does not by itself establish an expiration claim.
Missing, Wrong, Lost, or Stolen Orders
Missing items/scoops and wrong-size/quantity claims must be reported within 48 hours with photos when possible. For multi-scoop orders, photograph all received contents together. Verified packing errors may receive replacement, comparable substitute, or store credit at our discretion. Lost-in-transit packages may receive replacement or store credit at our discretion. A package correctly delivered to the customer-provided address and later stolen is not eligible for replacement/refund/credit. Incorrect-address returns require new shipping payment; delivery to a customer-entered incorrect address is not our responsibility.
Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Refused or unclaimed packages may be resent after the customer pays the new shipping charge. We hold them for 30 days after notice. After 30 days without response/arrangements, the order is considered abandoned and merchandise may be returned to inventory or otherwise handled at our discretion, with no refund/store credit except where required by law.
Wrong Order and Unordered Extras
If Scribbler Scoop sends the wrong order, contact us within 48 hours. We will correct a verified error at no cost and provide a no-cost return method if a return is requested. We may send the correct order before the incorrect one is returned. If the correct merchandise is unavailable, we may choose a comparable replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected amount. An unordered extra item may be kept at no charge.
Scoop Video Add-On
The video add-on is non-refundable after recording begins. If we cannot provide a purchased video because of our recording/technical/operational failure, or if we cancel the add-on because recording is not practical, the video add-on price is refunded to the original payment method while the merchandise order remains unaffected.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Store credit does not expire, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash except where required by law; it may be used with valid promotional codes unless a promotion says otherwise.
